Duties:
Provide onboarding, plan maintenance, and operational support for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients.
Resolve escalated client issues and oversee Health Benefit Solutions processes.
Address complex client problems and ensure inquiries and complaints are resolved within corporate policies and SLAs.
Stay updated on new product developments and process enhancements affecting products and services.
Assist with regulatory and audit assessments.
Deliver efficient, courteous service to internal associates and external clients.
Track and report Siebel case metrics, liaise internally and with external vendors to ensure high-quality client service.
Perform vendor oversight to ensure SLAs are met, including response/research, account maintenance, and inquiry resolution.
Assist team members during high workloads and support billing reconciliation for 40+ clients.
Ensure quality assurance and tracking for fulfillment mailings.
Support special projects as required by Team Leader/Manager.
Provide backup operational support for various processes, including debit card updates, monitoring, billing, and privacy mailings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
1-2+ years of financial services experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good math skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Flexible, team player
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of financial services experience
Pay: $21.00-22.00 per hour
