LHH is hiring for an immediate opportunity in Pensacola, FL. We are seeking a legal assistant that would be interested in a long term contract/contract to hire opportunity with a fantastic law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, revising and finalizing correspondence and legal documents/pleadings
  • in Microsoft Word
  • Filing pleadings through state and federal ePortals
  • Managing attorney schedules
  • Updating calendar with case related deadlines and upcoming events
  • Interacting with clients
  • Maintaining client files and entering information in the firm’s practice management program
  • Qualifications:

  • 2 years of insurance defense experience
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
