LHH is excited to collaborate with a prominent Philadelphia client seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist. This contractual position offers an excellent chance for professionals in the field to enhance their skills and pursue a fulfilling career.
The role includes:
- Conducting thorough quality checks on benefits-related data.
- Providing support for employees with claims issues and plan modifications.
- Handling the distribution of enrollment materials.
- Evaluating and confirming eligibility for benefits.
Candidate qualifications:
- Previous experience with HRIS software is essential.
- Proficient communication abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Key skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with managers and associates.
- A commitment to delivering quality-based solutions.
Experience requirements:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Employment details:
- Type: Contractual
- Salary: $23- $25/hr.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
