Executive Assistant


LHH is proactively recruiting for an Executive Assistant in the Philadelphia, PA area. This is a contract role (Temp) for four to six weeks. It’s a Hybrid position, three days on site and two days remote. If your currently an executive assistant and demonstrate strong leadership skills look no further.


Responsibility:

  • Will be responsible for Global calendars, schedules, and meetings, documenting meeting minutes, managing distribution lists as well as maintaining files on Teams channels.
  • Schedule travel for domestic and international flights, ground transportation, and any other needs when traveling.
  • Handle expenses reports
  • Purchase requests
  • Prepare any documents, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Keep organized the electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Will assist the President by interacting with internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with new hires as well as current employees
  • Organize administrative processes to run smooth.

  • Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 + years in an administrative role in a professional environment
  • Prior experience working in an Executive Assistant Position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Concur
  • Has great written and verbal skills
  • Experience in Life Sciences/ Medical Industries

  • Employment Type: Contract (TEMP)
  • Salary: $44 an hour.
