Our client is looking to fill a Temporary Intellectual Property Junior IP Admin/Junior IP Paralegal with a Fortune 500 Company with the opportunity to turn into a long-term role. This role is primarily remote with a few expected days during the year to go to the office. In this role, the candidate will mainly be working alongside paralegals and patent attorneys to review and manage files consistently. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone that has recently graduated from Paralegal school or is wanting to attend Paralegal school. ??Responsibilities

  • Review databases systematically to ensure documents from federal agencies were recorded and received promptly
  • Communicating with clients regarding the status of applications and patents
  • Review and manage files while also being aware of the docket’s deadlines
  • Construct shell prosecution documents
  • Electronic filing with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • File patent applications to the US Patent & Trade Office
  • Collaborate with other departments including engineers and suppliers to properly document for patent filings.
