Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience

E-billing experience a must

High proficiency in MS Office and Excel

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Review and edit pre-bills in response to Attorney and secretary requests

Submit electronic bills using specific E-billing software

Prepare monthly and ad hoc client invoices

Apply retainer funds as directed by the Attorney

Execute complex bills in a timely manner (i.e., multiple discounts by matter, split-party billing, preparation of electronic bills)

Effectively interact and communicate with Attorneys, secretaries, and clients

Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required

Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems

Create billing schedules and various other billing analyses

Additional tasks as assigned
