Accounts Receivable Data Specialist

LHH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Data Specialist to fill a contract position in Phoenix, AZ. This is the perfect opportunity to gain experience in the Accounting and Finance workforce!

This position is an immediate hire with a payrate of $27 per hour, M-F.

Responsibilities include:

Review invoices for accuracy.

Send invoices to customers and clients.

Process payments/adjustments/refunds

Audit adjustments

Resolve disputed charges.

Set up new accounts.

Maintain customer files and record payment information.

Data Entry/ General Ledger

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge with MS Office

High school diploma

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication skills
