- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Monitor and manage expenses
- Handle payroll processing.
- Assist in budget creation and financial forecasting.
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
