Chief Clinical Operations Director
LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping our client to hire a Chief Clinical Operations Director based out of Phoenix. This position will be a direct hire opportunity and will involve travel 10-20% of the year. This role will oversee a team of 5 direct reports and will be involved in all aspects of the clinical operations for all employees.
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement clinical strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, safety, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape healthcare delivery models.
Clinical Oversight
- Supervise medical staff and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Oversee credentialing, privileging, and performance evaluations of providers.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical practices.
- Lead audits and readiness for inspections by regulatory bodies.
Quality & Safety
- Champion patient safety and quality improvement programs.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Innovation & Integration
- Promote adoption of evidence-based practices and emerging technologies.
- Integrate clinical operations with digital health platforms and data analytics.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, administration, and external partners.
- Represent the organization in professional forums and community outreach.
Education & Development
- Foster a culture of learning and professional development among clinical staff.
- Support training programs, mentorship, and continuing education initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work/Counseling or related field
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Minimum 10 years behavioral/mental health working within a clinical setting
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
