? Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Call Center ?

? Location: Near Central Phoenix

? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM


? Hybrid Flexibility: Available after training

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for customers calling in
  • Answer billing questions and process secure payments over the phone
  • Assist with order updates, changes, and tracking
  • Create service cases and escalate issues when needed
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and efficiency

? What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of solid job stability in your current or most recent role
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling payments and sensitive customer information
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask across systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

  • Must pass a background check and federal drug screen (THC is disqualifying)
  • This is a full-time, on-site role with hybrid flexibility after training
