We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished professional with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple time zones
  • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones on behalf of the executive
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement submissions
  • Maintain confidential records and files with a high level of accuracy and security

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and project management software is a plus
  • Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment
  • Bachelor???s degree required


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
