HR Administrative Assistant


LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company located on the Phoenix/Tempe border that is in search of a full time HR Administrative Assistant to support their Generalists. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and is fully in office.


Duties will include:

  • Maintain accurate employment files including pay plans, position agreements, and pay adjustments
  • Liaison for benefits
  • Assist with employee’s Human Resources related challenges
  • Assist with open enrollment and other requests
  • Draft offer letters
  • Send drug screening and background checks to employees
  • Obtain and enter digital copies of employees' record.
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Assist with performance management procedures
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • At least 6 months of working HR experience
  • Proficiency in all MS Office, as well as an ATS
