LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Corporate Office located in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a full-time, in-office Human Resources Benefits Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' recent HR experience specializing in Benefits Enrollment.

Salary range $60k-70k depending on prior experience

Job Duties:

  • Assists with all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, ADA, FMLA, Workers Compensation.
  • Oversees benefit status changes and enrollments, and conducts regular employee benefits audits
  • Gather employee data and oversee the processing of monthly billings and payment of administrative fees and claims for all healthcare group plans.
  • Assist in verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS database
  • Run reports regularly on benefits, compensation, etc.
  • Coordinate with HRIS partners and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Other Human Resource duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Knowledge and working Experience of Benefits and Leave of Absences such as FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and other local, state and federal leave laws, as well as best practice for employee leave communication and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven to be a team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
