LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Generalist to join their team! This is a full-time Monday through Friday onsite position in Phoenix. Pay range depending on experience: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of Human Resources activities, including recruiting new employees, new hire onboarding, retention, maintaining records, assisting payroll, benefits administration, leave of absences, and employee relations.
Job Duties:
Administer compensation and benefits plans.
Manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives, as well as exit interviews.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, boost morale, and increase productivity.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Perform tasks related to performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience using an HRIS system, preferably Workday.
Previous HR Generalist experience, at least 3 years.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
