Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

LHH is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a growing company in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

- Establish timelines for project completion and delivering outcomes

- Prepare weekly progress reports

- Consistently follow up with vendors

- Issue contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders etc.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point (MS Project would be a preferred but required)

- Purchasing background strongly preferred

- Abilty to multitask

- Data entry, scheduling, hosting conferenec calls etc.
