Staff Accountant Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona

Great working hours of M-f, 8:30-4:30, with flexibility on Friday’s and a salary up to $65K.

Responsibilities include:

Managing all accounting transactions

Prepare budget forecast

Publish financial statements in a timely manner

Handle monthly, quarterly, and closings

Reconcile accounts payable/receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Perform other tasks and functions assigned

Qualifications:

Knowledge in QuickBooks and ADP

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving skills

Good time management
