Great working hours of M-f, 8:30-4:30, with flexibility on Friday’s and a salary up to $65K.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecast
  • Publish financial statements in a timely manner
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable/receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Perform other tasks and functions assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in QuickBooks and ADP
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good time management
