LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an experienced Benefits Coordinator for a local client in Pittsburgh, PA area This is a fulltime and onsite, contract to hire position. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with employee benefits, specifically, with benefit enrollment and answering employee benefit questions. Responsibilities:

  • Assist new and current employees with benefits enrollment
  • Answer employee questions regarding benefits packages
  • Maintain state and federal compliance
  • Update employee benefit information into HRIS
  • Other duties assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates degree with 2-3 years of employee benefits experience or Bachelor’s (preferred) with 1-2 years of benefits experience
  • Experience enrolling employees into company benefits
  • Complete understanding of company benefits packages
  • HRIS experience a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Attention to detail is a must
