Corporate Paralegal – No Billable Requirements!

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our client’s dynamic law firm in downtown Pittsburgh.

? Location: Onsite – Downtown Pittsburgh, PA 15222

? Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (DOE)

? Schedule: Standard 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional overtime

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate organizational documents and filings

• Assist with public company matters, including SEC filings

• Support corporate finance, treasury, capital investments, M&A, restructuring, and related transactional/litigation matters

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent experience supporting Corporate Attorneys in a US law firm (in-house experience considered)

• 2+ years of experience in corporate governance, M&A transactions, and commercial law

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
