Legal Assistant

LHH is looking for a Transactional Real Estate Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling complex real estate and corporate matters for a law firm in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with prior experience in real estate, corporate law, or oil & gas transactions.
Ideal Experience Includes:
Supporting attorneys involved in real estate, construction, housing, retail, hospitality, and/or oil and gas industries
Assisting with transactions such as:
Land acquisition and divestiture
Project financing
Zoning and land use matters
Construction, design, and project contracts
Leasing (industrial, commercial, retail, and office)
Equity structuring and entity formation
Oil and gas agreements (upstream, midstream, downstream)
Franchising agreements
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit transactional documents and contracts
Coordinate and manage closings and due diligence
Maintain organized files and manage document tracking
Communicate with clients, title companies, and outside counsel
Prepare exhibits, signature pages, and ancillary documents
Perform general administrative and legal assistant tasks as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience as a legal assistant in real estate, corporate, or oil & gas law
Strong document management, proofreading, and drafting skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal software tools
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 plus benefits
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
