Responsibilities

  • Organize maintain personnel records
  • Update internal database
  • Prepare HR documents (employment contracts and new hire guide)
  • Revise company policies
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Familiar with HR Software’s
  • Skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Work Hours

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Monday – Friday
  • Salary

    50,000
