Are you looking to establish and grow in your career of accounting? LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk job for the corporate office located in Pleasanton, CA. This position is 100 percent in-office! The ideal candidate will have 6 months of accounting experience. The position will report to the Assistant Controller and be a part of a growing company and team. The role will be responsible for working in accounts receivable, working with excel spreadsheets, assist with projects, willing to grow, take direction, and accept new challenges.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree would be preferred


- Solid foundation of accounting understanding debits and credits


- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel – Intermediate)


- Comfortable in a fast paced environment


- Software experience with an ERP system would be preferred


- A team player, able to accept instruction and constructive criticism


- Reliable, positive, meets deadlines


- Detailed, a problem-solver, and organized


- Solid communications (written & verbal)


Experience: 6 months accounting experience (Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant, Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable, Accounting Administrator)


Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00


Employment Type: Temporary (Possible Temp to Hire)
