LHH is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist in NW Portland to join a fast-growing manufacturing company on a Temp to Hire basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable process. This position is hybrid (in-office/remote), and pay is up to 60k. Below are more details about the role:

In this role you will:

  • Take care of all aspects of accounts payable.
  • Preparation of vouchers and documentation of approved invoices for payment
  • Auditing and correcting of accounts payable files and records
  • Be the point of contact for vendor and employee inquiries regarding but not limited to discrepancies, expenses, and invoices
  • Perform and assists with any other related special projects or duties assigned by manager

To be successful for this role you will need:

  • A minimum one year of accounts payable experience
  • At least an associate degree or minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Desire to grow and learn more about the accounts payable systems and processes
  • Strong attention to details
