LHH is searching for a Client Success Manager for our newest client! This opportunity is with a great company that works with tech to improve compliance in and around the healthcare industry.

Full Time, remote position with travel expectations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized on-site and off-site support to clients

• Provide hands-on training and implementation support to clients with and about our system

• Engage with hospital department managers, and administrators to proactively identify issues and adapt the system to the specific needs of each client location

• Represent the voice of customers to our developers

• Maintain frequent contact with clients to promote value and long term sustainability

• Present system data to clients; identify and develop reports that will answer client questions

Qualifications

• Ability to travel, including some weekends and on short notice when needed

• Must be comfortable working within the healthcare environment

• Healthcare work experience is considered a bonus

• Must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience performing in the role of a 'coach' or 'trainer'

• Must be confident working with users who may be initially reluctant to adopt our program

• Basic computer skills are required (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), including preparing charts and graphs spreadsheets. A capacity for data analysis and/or above-average technical aptitude is a bonus.
