Executive Assistant in Portland, Oregon

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a local non-profit based out of Portland, OR to hire an Executive Assistant. Our client is very focused on diversity and inclusion, and would love to bring someone on who can understand and support their mission. They are ready to hire immediately!

Position Details:

Location: Hybrid, based out of downtown Portland, OR (2-3 days in office and 2-3 days can be worked remotely)

Pay: $30-$35 per hour

Duration: 3 month contract

Hours: M-F, 37.5 hour work week

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite level employers is ideal

Very tecy savvy, with knowledge of both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite

Great communication

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

Adaptability and flexibility

What you will be doing:

Redefine some elements of this position by driving and improving processes

Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning

Catering and event coordination

Reminding employees and supervisors to complete payroll

Entering payments in their grant system

Creating process maps on how things should be done

Other special projects as needed
