Job Title: Executive Assistant

Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)

City: [Hybrid] Portland, OR

Compensation: $30 to $35 an hour (DOE)

Requirements:

Experience in an executive assistant capacity

Strong organization skills

Good understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Industry: Nonprofit

Responsibilities:

Assist with CEO with strategic planning

Coordinate events and catering

Assist with reminding managers/employees on completing payroll data

Create how-to guides

Enter payments into the system

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM
