You will have:

Residential Care Facility license

Experience with Leading multiple staff who are in a Director role

3+ years of experience in the industry

Demonstrated experience with developing culture

You will be:

Leading Directors in their development of leadership for their specific location

Managing the budget and providing cost effective solutions

Providing Collaborative Team Management approach

Developing success plans to support the company’s mission
