The company has been exponentially growing, and this new role is open due to that growth. This is a direct hire role, and they are ready to bring the right person on ASAP. We are seeking a candidate who has administrative experience, who can go the extra mile for their internal customers!

Position Details:

  • Duration: Direct hire
  • Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
  • Pay: $20-$23.50 per hour + annual bonus
  • Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, OR

  • 1+ years of office administration experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

  • Strong communicator and organizational skills
  • What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting internal employees with facilities related tasks
  • Managing a queue of tickets that monitors these tasks
  • Entering work orders and following up to ensure they are done in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure the completion of work orders
  • General administrative duties as needed
