Position Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Portland, OR (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $22–$32/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire Opportunities
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking HR Coordinators in the Portland, OR area for multiple opportunities—including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements. Ideal candidates are:
Passionate about supporting HR functions and enhancing the employee experience
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and able to manage competing priorities
Open to both short-term and long-term opportunities, depending on career goals
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems
Supporting benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and compliance documentation
Scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and processing new hire paperwork
Assisting with internal communications and employee engagement activities
Providing general administrative support to HR teams and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years in an HR support or coordination role
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom)
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
