Position Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Portland, OR (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $22–$32/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire Opportunities

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking HR Coordinators in the Portland, OR area for multiple opportunities—including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements. Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems

  • Supporting benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and compliance documentation

  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and processing new hire paperwork

  • Assisting with internal communications and employee engagement activities

  • Providing general administrative support to HR teams and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an HR support or coordination role

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom)

  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
