Intake Coordinator

LHH needs a Care Intake Coordinator in the Portland, Oregon market. Are you looking to advance your career in the medical industry? Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to bring home medical equipment to the homes of patients
  • Provide excellent customer service with the care intake process via incoming calls from referral providers and patients.
  • Verify patient medical documentation to provide for insurance payment
  • Work in a timely fashion to process requisition requests for home medical equipment
  • Requirements

  • Call center, medical customer service, business admin
  • Experience working in a medical office and customer service is a bonus
  • Ability to function within an electronic records system
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Software: Epic experience a bonus
  • Schedule/ Compensation

  • Location: Portland, Oregon onsite
  • Duration: Contract to Hire
  • Shift: Full-time, 8:30-5pm
  • $19 per hour
