  • Location: Portland, Oregon
  • Duration: Contract to Hire
  • Shift: Full-time Monday-Friday

What are the responsibilities?

  • Provide customer service and data entry to bring home medical equipment to the homes of patients
  • Provide care via incoming calls from referral providers and patients.
  • Verify patient medical documentation
  • Work in a timely fashion to process requisition requests for home medical equipment

Background:

  • Call center, medical customer service, business admin
  • Experience working in a medical office and customer service is a bonus
  • Ability to function within an electronic records system
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
