- Assist attorneys with case preparation, including research, document management, and drafting legal documents
- Coordinate and manage case files from inception to conclusion
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and legal agreements
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and court dates, and maintain legal calendars
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and provide summaries to attorneys
- Liaise between the legal team, clients, and external parties to ensure clear communication and timely workflow
- Previous experience as a paralegal or comparable position
- Familiarity with legal terminology and understanding of legal procedures
- Litigation experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in using computer software for data entry, document management, and legal research
- High school diploma or equivalent
