LHH is currently searching for a Patient Advocate in Portland, OR. We are looking for a strong candidate to address patient questions, route the patient to the right source, collect patient demographic information, and collect all paperwork. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all admission paperwork is complete
  • Confirm patient demographic information, verify patient insurance, and explain any benefits questions.
  • Follow up with patients in a timely manner.
  • Verify authorization validity.
  • Keep consistent documentation in patient file.
  • Address questions and concerns presented by patients.
  • Qualifications:

  • Call Center experience
  • Data Entry experience
  • Healthcare experience is a big plus
