Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Portland, OR
Job Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Fulltime
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 a year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Managing union payroll for a larger company.

• Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system

• Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information

• Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally

• Assisting with year-end payroll reporting

• Undertaking other related duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in multistate union payroll processing

• Construction industry experience within payroll is a requirement

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
