Medical Recruiter

Do you have 3+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition? We are working with a great company near Portland, OR to find a Recruiter. The Recruiter will focus on filling key positions, building networking avenues for sourcing, and representing the organization as an excellent place to work. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Recruiting experience, a knack for building relationships internally and externally, and the ability to source in difficult roles.   • Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
  • Salary: $65,000+ depending on experience.
  • Location: 100% on-site
  • Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and update current recruitment strategies
  • Create and implement new recruitment processes focused on finding new talent (locally and nationally)
  • Manage all corporate job postings
  • Partner closely with the HR team to strategize on hiring needs and create timelines for hire
  • Source candidates via networking events, social media, and creative resources
  • Support all onboarding processes and new hire training
  • Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Passion for building a brand and growing a local organization
  • Proficiency with ATS required
