Production Supervisor (Swing Shift)

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per Year
- Assist operators with problem-solving, including root cause analysis and quality concerns
- Optimize workflow to ensure efficient and safe use of resources and staff
- Lead 6S activities and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and tools to enhance employee efficiency and productivity
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., planning, quality assurance, vendors)
- Manage time and attendance tasks for team members, including maintaining accurate records and approving timecards and leave requests
- Conduct timely performance reviews, engage in regular one-on-one meetings, and adjust goals as needed
- Handle coaching and disciplinary actions as required
- Develop team schedules and delegate tasks to maintain effective workflow
- Utilize Microsoft programs and ERP systems for tracking and monitoring employee performance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to coach and mentor direct reports providing feedback and direction as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office and blueprint reading
- Full Time, Direct Hire
- Mon – Fri; Second Shift – 2-11p; 100% on site
- Comp / Benefits – 70-80K DOE; 100% employer supported healthcare for employee AND dependents, 3 weeks’ paid time off, and 401k with company match
