LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Real Estate & Corporate Legal Assistant with great organizational skills for a full-time position with a top national law firm in their downtown Portland, OR office. This position requires 90 days of onsite training, after which candidate may opt to work remotely 2 days per week. Responsibilities:

  • Work with attorneys to create, draft, and edit legal documents
  • Manage firm calendars and scheduling
  • Handle client communications in a professional manner
  • File annual reports, articles of incorporation, and Secretary of State documents
  • Assist with various real estate transactional documents and filings
  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a legal assistant with a law firm
  • Familiarity/experience with Oregon Real Estate practices, procedures, and laws
  • Prior experience with or a desire to learn corporate legal practice and procedures
  • MS Office experience and ability to learn new software programs as required
  • Ability to commute to downtown Portland, OR office
  • Ability to work full time, M-F
