Prior recruiting experience is a plus for this role, but not required! Position Details:

Duration: Direct hire

Location: Hybrid, 2 days on site and 3 days remote

You must live in one of three locations in order to be considered for this role:

Portland, OR

Salt Lake City, UT

Irvine, CA

Pay: $60,000-$70,000 base salary + annual bonuses

Hours: M-F, full time, standard business hours

What you will be doing:

Posting open positions, sourcing for candidates and contacting applicants

Conducting initial interviews to determine eligibility

Network with local schools and organizations to find candidate and conduct job fairs

Initiate offers and conduct new hire onboarding

Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS system and training materials

Schedule training and development courses for employees

Qualifications for this role:

Bachelors Degree required

Experience in recruitment is a plus but not required

3+ years of strong administrative support experience

Self motivation and sufficiency

Sense of urgency and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment

Great organization and attention to detail

Experience using an HRIS is a plus; must have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience (World, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
