Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ year of office experience

  • Industry: Real Estate


    Responsibilities:

  • Greet tenants and answer phones
  • Manage purchase orders, work orders, service agreements, and vendor invoices
  • Prepare tenant services requests
  • Coordinator tenant events
  • Maintain communication between tenants and vendors
  • Assist the general manager and property managers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 AM to 5 PM
