Mechanical Engineer in Pottstown, Pennsylvania

My client is looking for their next (Direct Hire) Mechanical Engineer and think you would be a great fit! In this role, you'll work alongside our Applications, Controls, and Build teams to design, build, and deploy custom automated equipment and solutions for every application, process, and industry you ever thought possible for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical product companies with a leading designer and manufacturer of custom equipment client. Responsibilities:

Design custom automation equipment and integrated systems for pharmaceutical, bio-tech, and medical products.

Complete layout of machine through detail of all components.

Contact vendors for proper sizing and specification of purchased items needed for design.

Generate Bills of Material, Assembly and detailed drawings for manufacturing

Lead assemblers in shop on your design requirements

Test/Debug equipment on shop floor and customers facility

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of industrial automation experience.

5+ years of machine design experience

Solidworks experience

Employement Type: Direct Hire/ Full-Time

Location: Pottstown, PA - ONSITE

Travel: Occasional travel to customer facilities

Salary: $100K -$140K DOE (some flex)
