Accounting & AP Specialist
Location: Princeton – 100% Onsite
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
Status: Full-time | Monday–Friday

LHH is partnering with a confidential, multi-location healthcare practice with over 300 employees to identify an Accounting & AP Specialist for a newly created role. This is a great opportunity to join a tenured, collaborative team in a stable organization that values culture and balance.

Position Overview:

This is a blended role with a primary focus on Accounts Payable, while also contributing to general accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across functions and collaborating with both finance and HR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounts payable, including invoice entry and vendor communication

  • Assist with accounting tasks such as journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Support payroll processing: enter benefit deductions, ensure accuracy of payroll data, and coordinate with HR

  • Help register in new states for payroll tax compliance

  • Contribute to other accounting and administrative projects as needed


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience

  • Prior experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and departments

  • Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment
