Project Manager Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary contract position as Project Manager Administrator for a Hybrid Role, in Princeton, NJ. You will have to travel to the Princeton area. In this role your job will be to perform documentation, meeting management, as well as handling project budget, using time management skills to help the team complete the tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Task Tracking
  • Process Documentation
  • Resource Management
  • Meeting Administration
  • Make phone calls
  • Organize venues
  • Assist with planning
  • Keep project calendar up to date
  • Administrative duties
  • Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies
  • Assess employee performance
  • Qualifications:

  • Should have 4-5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role
  • Good with working with Executive and Technical Project Managers
  • Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Drive, Share Point, and Microsoft teams
  • Education, preferred not required
  • Comfortable in a high busy work environment
  • Needs to be outgoing and friendly
  • Team oriented
  • Communications is ideal for the role
  • Experience:

    Salary: 25-30 depending on experience

    Work Hours: M-F 9-5

    Employment type: Contract to hire
