Benefits Specialist


LHH is looking for a Benefits Specialist for our client, a Client Services company with offices here in Queens, NY. This person will be part of a large benefits team and assist with open enrollment process, deductions, reconciliation, FMLA and general inquiries. This person will be working 100% on-site, in person and the role will compensate between $25-30/hr, contingent on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration

  • Point of contact for all benefits/FMLA and retirement plan questions

  • Open enrollment

  • Inbound phone calls and in-person meetings with employees to go over benefits and retirement issues

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Benefits or HR call center experience preferred

  • Knowledge of pension/retirement plans helpful

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Foreign language skills are a plus!



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
