LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for one of our clients in Queens, NY. This global institution is looking for someone that can work on-site and assist with supporting all HR functions including coordinating interviews, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, training and more. This role will compensate between $22-$26/hr, contingent on experience.


In this job you will:

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring
  • Job postings
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Background checks
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Coordinate with finance on all employee verification documents
  • Provide general Administrative support
  • Organize new hire orientation

  • To be considered for this client you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous support experience in a Human Resources Department
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Previous experience working in a professional environment
