HR Manager in Radnor, Pennsylvania

Our international financial services client in Radnor, PA is looking to bring on an experienced Human Resources Manager for their HQ of US operations. This direct hire role is a hybrid blend and offers an exciting opportunity to help create and build the HR department.

Responsibilities

Full cycle recruiting

Act as the point of escalation with suppliers and vendors

Advise and guide managers and staff on HR policy and procedures, employee relations, and escalations

Work with the wider HR management team in the UK to assist with the development of relevant policies and procedures that are in line with US federal and state laws

Support annual HR processes such as bonus and compensation reviews

Assist in the Group's communication processes to develop and maintain effective employee relations in the Group

Lead in Group-wide HR projects and improvement

Identify, develop, maintain, and produce effective HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the achievement of the Group's business objectives

Support the company’s Reward and Payroll teams for training, checking, back up, and support

Keep up to date with relevant employment laws, legislation, and best practice in all relevant jurisdictions

Ensure relevant cross-organization training and development programs are put in place

Qualifications

5 + years of experience within Human Resources

Practical generalist HR manager experience within a financial services business

Bachelor’s degree

Well-versed in local employment legislation and its application in a commercial financial services business

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Computer literacy skills are essential; advanced user of MS Office products

Proven ability to meet deadlines

Capable of working within a fast-paced and evolving environment

Ability to work with high confidentiality
