- Draft, review, and negotiate intricate commercial transactions.
- Experience with preparing, negotiating, and revising software licensing, SaaS, and technology service agreements.
- Build and sustain client relationships.
- Provide guidance on compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Interpret legal statutes and regulations for the firm and its clients.
- Support the Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property teams.
- Handle additional tasks as required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong academic background.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Employment type: Contract
- Compensation: $50-75/hr
