HR Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experience Human Resources Coordinator for an onsite, contract to hire position in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of prior HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience and is familiar with HR policies and full cycle recruiting. Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR team with clerical duties
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Update and maintain employee files in company database
  • Some candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing required
  • Organize and assist with employee on-boarding and orientation
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of prior HR Assistant/Coordinator experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting preferred
