Human Resources Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified Human Resources professional for a local client in Raleigh, NC. This is a contract to hire opportunity that is 100% onsite in the office. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience as a coordinator, specialist, or generalist to be considered. Candidates looking for a new HR opportunity on a great team are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Work on a team as well as independently to complete tasks
  • Monitor recruitment goals and sales projections
  • Generate and deliver documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary information and performance management letters to candidates and internal employees
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment
  • Maintain employee files
  • Evaluate employee performance on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Maintain and educate employees on compliance standards
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of prior HR experience as Coordinator, Specialist or Generalist
  • Understanding of state and federal employment laws
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of ADP or similar ATS software
