HR Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a strong HR professional to join the team of a local client in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of previous HR experience and are looking to develop their skills and grow. Candidates with a HR background in construction and manufacturing industries a plus but not necessary. This position is onsite and is on a contract to hire basis. HR professionals looking to grow within the field are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team
  • Assist the HR team with implementing employee experience improvement programs
  • Assist in the recruitment processes (may include full cycle duties)
  • Work independently and on a team to complete HR special projects
  • Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree plus 2-3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws
  • Understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and records
