Legal Assistant

Join a dynamic legal team in Raleigh, NC, as a Legal Assistant. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support attorneys in various practice areas and contribute to the efficient operation of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
File and e-file documents in state and federal courts.
Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and physical.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for attorneys.
Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
