Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Type: Contract to PERMANENT Hire

Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 Hourly

Location: Ramsey, NJ

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in setting out sales team up for success. You will assist in Pricing, Customer Management, Key Accounts, and Sales Rep Controlling. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the approval process for price exceptions & pricing programs ensuring that our customers receive the most effective programs and pricing strategy; Includes monitoring development for necessary changes

Manage customer data and update customer information

Provide ad-hoc and standard reporting to sales management that provide customer insights and opportunities.

Assist with customer transfers and area planning

Provide assistance with additional Sales Operations Reporting or tasks.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of professional experience

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Effective communication and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel and ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position using this software as a primary tool

Highly organized and self-driven

Demonstrated team and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel

Ability to consistently produce results on time

Proficiency in SAP is a plus

Proficiency in Tableau is a plus
